The Chassagne-Montrachet commune is located in the southern part of the Côte de Beaune and is renowned for producing fine rich white wines. Bertrand Bachelet picks his Chardonnay fruit from two vineyards in the village producing wine of finesse and poise. This Chassagne is rich with a notes of orchard fruit and toast with delightful acidity to add freshness on the finish. A wonderful match for roast chicken monk fish turbot and dover sole.
