This flower water from Mymoune is distilled slowly in traditional stills from pure orange blossoms. This flower water is a staple in Lebanese cuisine and adds a floral flavour to salads, dressings, pastries and desserts. Try splashing a little over a citrus fruit and pistachio salad or try as a refreshing digestif called 'cafe blanc' which is made with an added splash of Orange Flower Water to hot water with a little sugar to taste.
