Traditionally a delicacy only enjoyed by nobility, and often referred to as 'the fruits of paradise', the dates are now used to give our pudding its distinctive caramel flavour. Topped with a sweet, buttery toffee sauce - combine with Fortnum’s very own Clotted Cream for a wonderfully decadent treat.
