Every year, Monkey 47 produces a limited edition 4000 bottle production, which includes a new botanical or “Species Rara” that has been added to the mix of 47 traditional ingredients that Monkey 47 use. The 2018 edition uses Red Mustard Cress, which has been grown by Growing Underground London, the world’s first subterranean, urban farm.
The 2018 Distiller’s Cut is an elegant dry gin with delicate top notes that grant it a unique complexity and density.
