A light, organic Christmas pudding made with fruit, peel, brandy and almonds. This traditional favourite is made with flour from local wheat milled at Shipton Mill, close to the Highgrove Estate in Somerset. Brown sugar and black treacle add breadth, while the cognac brandy from David Ramnoux heightens the fully fruited character of the pudding.
