The Zelaya family has been growing coffee for more than 100 years across four generations. Finca Santa Clara, resting on the southern slopes of the Volcan de Agua, is a farm blessed with the perfect balance of sunshine, rain and volcanic soils. This genuine Antigua coffee has notes of dark chocolate combined with a berry fruit sweetness and a crisp acidity.

Fully washed then sun-dried on patios. Outstanding coffee from Santa Clara won awards in the Guatemala Cup of Excellence in 2001, 2009 and 2010, proving the consistently high standards achieved by the farm.
Best for use in cafetieres and filter methods. Brew at a ratio of 55-60g of coffee per litre of water for best results.
