With all five of our shopping floors in Piccadilly open from today, we’re excited to welcome you back through our doors. Visitors will find it’s still the same wonderful place as before, but with a few changes to help all of our staff and customers feel as safe and comfortable as possible.
Here are some things to know before you pay us a visit.
Safety is Our Utmost Priority
We ask that visitors kindly respect some of the measures we have put in place to help protect us all.
These include the implementation of social distancing protocols throughout the store, one-way circulation routes on our stairways, till safety screens, regularly sanitised shopping baskets and the provision of hand sanitiser. You will find our team wearing face masks and visors; we assure you they are smiling beneath them.
We also ask all visitors to be patient and considerate of others.
Takeaway & Delivery Options Are Available
While our restaurants remain closed until July, in the meantime we are providing a takeaway service of certain refreshments at The Parlour on the First Floor, including teas, coffees and ice creams.
We also have ready-to-go lunch and dinner options available on the Lower Ground Floor, and for the first time you can order these from us
via the SUPPER app and website too.
Our Food Halls Are Fully Stocked
On the Ground Floor you’ll find many of the things we are most famous for, namely tea, biscuits, coffee, preserves and chocolate & confectionery. We’re also happy to announce that our Tea Counter is open once again.
The Lower Ground Floor
is home to our butchery, bakery and delicatessen, as well as counters devoted to fresh fish, cheeses from all points of the globe, charcuterie, and freshly cooked favourites such as our Angela Hartnett Café Murano Pasta, Glenarm beef, and Welsh Rarebit.Should you wish to stock up your drinks cabinet and take advantage of our 10% off a case offer, you’ll also find our ample wine and spirits selection.
