Three Sparkling Tea Cocktail Recipes

At Fortnum's we are in the business of shaking things up, and our newest revolutionary brew is no different. Fortnum's Sparkling Tea is a blend of eight rare and delicious teas that have never been combined in one tipple before. This complex tea is layered with a unique depth of flavour and remarkable texture that works wonderfully in cocktails and mocktails. Now all that's left to do is try it for yourself, with three exquisite recipes crafted by one of our expert bartenders.

40ml Casamigos Tequila

3 lemon wedges

15ml honey

5 sage leaves

Sparkling Tea (top up)


Place the three lemon wedges in a highball glass and muddle to extract the juice. Add the honey - Fortnum's Spanish Orange Blossom Honey works particularly well in this recipe - as well as the sage leaves, tequila and ice cubes. Stir while adding the Fortnum's Sparkling Tea and garnish with sage leaves.

25ml Fortnum’s Folle Blanche

25ml Punt e Mes

20ml lemon juice

1 brown sugar cube

Sparkling Tea (top up)


Add the sugar cube and a splash of Fortnum's Sparkling Tea to the glass and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the Cognac, lemon juice and Punt e Mes. Fill the glass with ice and top it up with Sparkling Tea. Garnish the drink with a wedge of orange.

50ml Peach Puree

Sparkling Tea (top up)


Add the peach puree to a flute glass. Add the Fortnum's Sparkling Tea to the glass and stir gently. Finally, enjoy watching the bubbles form and pop atop of this delicious cocktail - no need to garnish.
