Rosé Champagne Pop

Not just new but strictly limited too, this wonderfully sweet pop is made with Fortnum's Sparkling Rosé, a unique cuvée produced from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes. The result? Pink perfection in a Champagne pop.

Blanc de Blancs Champagne Pop

The pop that began it all. A beautifully-refined summertime treat, our Blanc de Blanc Champagne pop appeared for the first time last summer and caused an unprecedented reaction.

In fact, it created two types of buzz - one was the giddy Champagne-high enjoyed by those who’d eaten one, and the other was the excited reaction of all those who hadn't yet tried one, but really, really wanted to.


TASTING NOTES
Made with Fortnum’s Blanc de Blanc Champagne, the taste is crisp and refreshing with a gently floral quality. Sweet without being overly so, it packs quite a little kick too
WHERE TO EAT
Some intensive testing (very intensive, actually) has revealed this particular pop is best-enjoyed in seaside sunshine, or the hazy afternoon heat of a bustling park

New for this season, our Pop scientists have combined our Blanc de Blanc Champagne with our very own English Cassis to create a wonderful frozen version of the ever-popular Kir Royale. If you like the liquid version, you'll love this. We certainly do.

Summer Cup Pop

A classic British summertime cocktail, our Summer Cup is an infusion of Fortnum’s London Dry Gin and Pedro Ximinez sherry with exotic botanicals and our Moroccan Mint, Chai and Earl Grey teas. The result is a spirit with sweet citrus and floral notes, delicious mixed with lemonade and fresh fruit in a tall cocktail.

The Pop version is every bit as refreshing and summer-ready, and packs the same heady hit as a glass or two of the drinkable version.
