English Single Malt Whisky

Presenting our English Single Malt Whisky, new & only at Fortnum & Mason

Whether you’re on the hunt for a gift, searching for a little something to toast an upcoming special occasion, or simply enjoy whisky and appreciate a new discovery; we are very pleased to announce the arrival of our Limited Edition English Single Malt Whisky.

New & only at Fortnum & Mason, English Single Malt Whisky (£50 for a 70cl bottle), is part of an exclusive series of individually selected single casks, chosen for their rich and unique character.

This glorious new and exclusive whisky is distilled at Cotswolds Distillery from locally grown barley, which is malted at Britain’s oldest working maltings.

Aged in a combination of ex-Bourbon and red wine conditioned oak, we have selected a single cask to be bottled, creating the inaugural release of our very own English Single Malt Whisky and meaning there are just 324 Limited Edition bottles available.

All well and good, but how does it taste?

Now for the important bit, featuring aromas of rich and warming dried red fruits, all wrapped in toasted almond, oak spice and sweet vanilla. The palate is bold, full and rich, with cherry, dried cranberry, marmalade, malt, toffee and citrus-vanilla on a lingering finish. The result is a unique, developed and well-rounded single malt – a pleasantly complex character, from the heart of England.

A very special and distinct single malt, it makes a fantastic gift befitting of any special occasion and is your chance to own a Limited Edition flavour of Fortnum’s.

Please note, due to the exclusivity and limited availability of this product, it will only be available to order whilst stocks last.
