Our responsibly farmed gravadlax salmon comes from a single farm north of Shetland in the strong waves of the Atlantic. Our gravadlax is created from graded, hand-chosen sides cured using our exclusive recipe of salt, fresh dill, a splash of golden rum and a smattering of brown sugar. It is then left to steep for a day or two. Silky soft, piquant and gently savoury.
