Foie Gras & Brioche are two classic pairings that perfectly complement each other. A unique and innovative creation, the soft and yeasty baked Brioche envelopes a perfectly proportioned nugget of Goose Foie Gras creating the best of both worlds.
To remove from jar, pull the rubber seal to break the vacuum and remove the lid to allow the brioche to breathe. Then, gently run a warm knife around the outside of the brioche to release it from the jar and tip upside down onto a plate. Serve with our famous Honey & Sauternes Jelly and a chilled glass of Fortnum’s Blanc de Noir Champagne for a truly delicious experience.
