Join us for drinks and canapés in our relaxed and intimate 3’6 Bar for the launch of our new series, The Culinary Salon.

Each event will feature leading gastronomic figures sharing their passion for the world of food and drink, their experiences, and their thoughts about what the future may hold for the industry.

Hosted by Thane Prince, our inaugural panel includes:

Xanthe Clay, a renowned food writer from The Telegraph, President of the Guild of Food Writers, and Academy Chair of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

Fiona Beckett, an award-winning wine and drinks writer for The Guardian, restaurant reviewer for Decanter Magazine, and a prolific author of 23 books – including The Frugal Cook and Wine Lover’s Kitchen.

Sabrina Ghayour, a talented chef and best-selling cookbook author whose books Persiana, Sirocco and Feasts catapulted Persian food into the mainstream. She will also be introducing her new book Bazaar.

Thane brings to these culinary salons her experience of founding and running the highly acclaimed Cookbook Club in North London, which featured such food luminaries as Bee Wilson, Jose Pizarro and Russell Norman. With over 30 years of involvement in journalism, writing and interviewing Thane has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and trivia.
