Château de Cardaillan Graves, 75cl

Based in the Southern end of Graves, Château de Cardaillan is owned by the renowned Sauternes producer Château de Malle. The Château comprises of 16 hectares of vineyard with vines reaching 25 years old.

Their red wine is an elegant blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot from 25 year old vines. A classic Bordeaux with a pronounced cassis, black pepper and capsicum nose with redcurrants, blackberries and soft, fleshy fruit on the palate. There is a velvety tannic structure and gentle leather notes through the finish.
