Click & Collect
Save time and effort with our new Click & Collect service, which allows you to order your gifts online and collect them from our store, thus enjoying Fortnum's first-class service without queues or delays. To collect your order, go to the Collection Point at 42 Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 6DN. (This is at the rear of our Piccadilly store, which is at 181 Piccadilly, London W1A 1ER.)
Collection point opening hours are: Monday to Saturday 10am-8pm, Sunday 12noon-6pm.
Please bring with you a copy of the order confirmation and a photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence.

*Please note, orders that contain fresh items must be collected on the specified collection date in order to ensure items are in peak condition. We are unable to refund fresh items that are out of date as a result of late collection. Fortnum's - Your Local Delivery Service
Although dropping into Fortnum’s is undoubtedly a pleasure, wouldn’t it be nice sometimes if Fortnum’s could come to you? Well, now it can.
Our electric van, beautifully dressed in our eau de nil livery, is nipping around the neighbourhood even as we speak, delivering fresh food, five-star sandwiches, business lunches and other daily essentials right to your doorstep. It can cover a number of London postcodes, from NW8 to SW8 and W10 to SE1 – which means that Fortnum’s superb service can now be enjoyed by quite a lot of people.
So if you have a sudden need for a freshly made Fortnum’s salad, a working lunch for 10, a last-minute leaving gift or a case of chilled champagne – rather popular on a Friday, we find – just pick up the phone and we’ll send someone round post-haste.

To ensure that your food reaches you in perfect condition, we are pleased to offer our fresh food range expertly packed and delivered on our named day delivery service.
Please note that as some of our food may be sent to you directly from our famous food halls in Piccadilly, very occasionally we may find it best to send your order in more than one delivery. This is simply to ensure that your food reaches you in peak condition – and there is no extra charge.
Wedding Cakes Delivery
Please note that the default Delivery information shown on the Delivery Tab above does not apply to wedding cakes which can be delivered throughout the UK and internationally via a special delivery service. We charge a flat fee of £60 for delivery and assembly in the following postcodes W1, SW1, SW2, SW3, SW8, SE1, WC1, WC,2, EC1, EC4, EC2, SE1, SE11. We charge £25 per hour and £1 per mile for delivery to venues within the mainland.* We can provide a quote on request. International delivery is also possible. Please enquire for more specific information. We also offer the option for customers to collect their cake free of charge from our Piccadilly store. Celebration Cakes & Fresh Food Picnics
Please note that our celebration cakes and fresh food picnics are only available for collection from our store.
Deliveries to BFPO addresses are free, unless otherwise specified. Please note that parcels sent to Operation Telic and Herrick have a 2kg limit.
For items to be exported, the carriage charge covers packaging and delivery only. Customs duties may be payable. We are unable to advise of these amounts and the recipient is responsible for paying this duty. Customs may also inspect goods prior to delivery. This may cause delay to the delivery of items.

Terms and Conditions:Refund Policy:
It is the policy of Fortnum & Mason to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please return it within 28 days along with your receipt for an exchange or refund, by the original method of payment.
To this end, it is our policy that we do not exchange or refund, personalised items, special orders, food items or items worn on the body including perfume, toiletries, jewellery and lingerie. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be complete, including electrical accessories and manuals where applicable.
If a manufacturing fault occurs with your product we will always honour the manufacturer’s guarantee period and will repair or replace the product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions. Please see individual products for details.
Your statutory rights will not be affected.
In the event that any item is unavailable, Fortnum & Mason reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value than the original, or issue a refund for the product. The hampers and gift boxes photographed contain only the items listed. Some wine vintages may vary according to availability and props used in the photography are not included in the hampers unless otherwise stated in the hamper listing.
Some of the items available for purchase contain intoxicating liquor. By placing an order for an alcoholic product, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.
