UK Standard Delivery:
Deliveries made Monday to Friday. Standard delivery for in stock items within 5 working days.
- Non perishable products incl hampers and gifts boxes: £4.95 per delivery address.
- Perishable hampers, fruit baskets and flowers (delivery by midday): £6.95 per delivery address (nominated day service required).
- For F&M Account Card holders all UK deliveries over the value of £50 are free of charge
Named Day Delivery:
Deliveries made by midday Tuesday to Friday, subject to availability, 72 hours notice required.
- All products including hampers and gift boxes: £6.95 per delivery address.
- For Northern Ireland, Highland and Islands (including Channel Islands) an additional £5 delivery charge will apply.

Orders can be collected from our collection point situated at the Fortnum's Services Desk located on the First Floor.
Collection point opening hours are: Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm.

Fresh Food:
To ensure that your food reaches you in perfect condition, we are pleased to offer our fresh food range expertly packed and delivered on our named day delivery service.
Please note that as some of our food may be sent to you directly from our famous food halls in Piccadilly, very occasionally we may find it best to send your order in more than one delivery. This is simply to ensure that your food reaches you in peak condition – and there is no extra charge.

Delivery to Japan:
Fortnum & Mason have retail outlets in Japan. Please see our worldwide stockists page for further details and contact information for the specific stores or alternatively, click here.
Alternatively, Fortnum & Mason is able to accept orders for delivery of specific products to Japan. For details on product availability, please telephone 0845 300 1707.
BFPO:
Deliveries to BFPO addresses are free, unless otherwise specified. Please note that parcels sent to Operation Telic and Herrick have a 2kg limit.
Customs:
For items to be exported, the carriage charge covers packaging and delivery only. Customs duties may be payable. We are unable to advise of these amounts and the recipient is responsible for paying this duty. Customs may also inspect goods prior to delivery. This may cause delay to the delivery of items.

Terms and Conditions:
Refunds, Returns and Breakages:It is the policy of Fortnum & Mason to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product sold. To this end, we are unable to exchange food or beverages, personalised items or items worn on the body that may have come into contact with the person.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds will only be given for faulty or damaged goods. Please return the item(s) with proof of purchase. (Refunds will only be credited with the same payment method as the original purchase). For details on how to return your goods, please call our Customer Relations Department on 020 7734 8040.
Product Information:
In the event that any item is unavailable, Fortnum & Mason reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value than the original, or issue a refund for the product. The hampers and gift boxes photographed contain only the items listed. Some wine vintages may vary according to availability and props used in the photography are not included in the hampers unless otherwise stated in the hamper listing.
Some of the items available for purchase contain intoxicating liquor. By placing an order for an alcoholic product, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

For credit card payment, please enclose confirmation of the cardholder's name and billing address, if different from the sender's details.
Payment will be taken at the time of ordering and no deliveries are despatched unless payment is received in full.
