Hamper Ordering
Fortnum’s is the original expert in portable provisions. You can place an order or take away a hamper there and then, either chosen from our extensive list or bespoke to your requirements.
Corporate Customer Ordering
Corporate customers who would prefer to place orders in person can do so in the company of a Fortnum’s Service Advisor, who will be happy to walk around the store suggesting suitable items before personally inputting your order.
Collection Service
Orders can be collected from our Collection Point situated at the back of Fortnum & Mason at 42 Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 6DN.
Collection Point Opening Hours:
Monday to Saturday from 12 noon to 8pm, from Wednesday 16th December 12noon to 9pm and from Thursday 17th December until Wednesday 23rd December 12noon to 10pm
Sunday from 12noon to 6pm

For advice on delivery of any items in the UK or around the world, we’re expertly equipped to answer your questions. As the Duke of Wellington would attest (if still around to ask), we’ve been doing it for quite some time.
Fortnum & Mason Account Enquiries
Fortnum’s Service Advisors will be happy to inform and assist in the matter of opening a new account. For all existing Fortnum & Mason account enquiries, please continue to visit our 5th floor reception.
General Appointments
The First Floor is also the place to make reservations in person: a booking in any of our restaurants, for example, or a treatment in our Beauty Rooms.
Gift Advice
Whatever the occasion, our Fortnum’s Service Advisors are on hand to advise you on the perfect gift.
Gift Cards
A Fortnum & Mason gift card makes an excellent present for all occasions (except, perhaps, the Feast of St Valentine).
You charge the gift card with your chosen value, to be redeemed by your recipient against goods of their choice. The balance is then automatically updated after each transaction. The balance of the gift card can also be added to at any time by coming to see us on the First Floor.
Gift Wrapping Service
Anything costing over £30.00 is wrapped free of charge: anything else may be wrapped for £3.50.
In a modern twist on customer service, rather than queue during busy periods you can give us your mobile number and we’ll text you when your item is ready.
Personal Shopper Appointments
There’s more to Fortnum’s than even our keenest customers ever unearth. That’s where Fortnum’s Personal Shoppers come in so uniquely useful. Choosing the perfect gift, advice on a special menu or simply something you never knew you needed until captivated by it: to be escorted around our emporium is to emulate an emperor.
VAT Reclaim
For those not resident in the EC, we will be happy to help with the necessary forms to enable you to claim back your VAT when leaving the country.

Total value of gifts purchased:
£4,000.00 - £6,999.00 – a gift of 3% of the total list value
£7,000.00 - £9,999.00 – a gift of 5% of the total list value
£10,000.00 and over – a gift of 7.5% of the total list
Cheques
Fortnum & Mason will no longer be accepting cheques for payment in the shop and restaurants from 1 April 2008.
Please note, however, that cheques will continue to be accepted as payment on balances on Fortnum & Mason Accounts.
