Flowering Tea Gift Box

Flowering tea is made with a whole flower encased in a ball of tea leaves; the flower lends a delicate aroma to the tea. Put the flower ball on the bottom of a glass teapot, bowl or cup, add moderately hot (80-85C) rather than boiling water to avoid spoiling the flower and infuse for about five minutes. Each ball opens up to reveal a beautiful flower and can be reused up to four times, depending on the variety.
