Fortnum's Bardolino Chiaretto, Tantini
Catalogue Code:2004253
- Sourced from vineyards close to the beautiful Lake Garda, this rosé is a blend of Corvina and Molinara, the two local grape vareities that are best suited for this delicate and aromatic wine. Salmon pink with an exuberant nose of redcurrant, raspberry and morello cherry, it is delightfully juicy on the palate.

Fortnum's Beaujolais Villages, Domaine Piron
Catalogue Code:2004220
- Dominique Piron makes our Beaujolais-Villages from his Domaine, just south of Villié-Morgon. As is customary throughout Beaujolais, carbonic maceration is the process used to vinify this wine, and hence this is typically light-bodied, brightly coloured and very fruity. Very enjoyable!

Fortnum's Bordeaux Blanc, Chateau Marjosse
Catalogue Code:2004193
- Zesty and fresh, but with an extra weight thanks to the addition of Semillon to the blend.

Fortnum's Bourgogne Blanc, Domaine Luquet
Catalogue Code:2004224
- This example of Chardonnay shows just why white Burgundy is so revered. It is unoaked so it is as clean as a whistle, with lovely crisp apple fruit, and a long dry finish. Fantastic value and well worth trying.

Fortnum's Bourgogne Rouge, Domaine Joseph Drouhin
Catalogue Code:2004221
- This is a very good example of red Burgundy that is, crucially, affordable. It has ripe cherry fruit on the palate with a subtle smokiness and spice that makes this Pinot Noir a great food match.

Fortnum's Claret, Chateau Fongaban
Catalogue Code:2004208
- Our Merlot dominated claret is wonderfully forward and easy to drink.

Fortnum's Côtes du Rhône, Andre Brunel Bottle
Catalogue Code:2004240
- André Brunel is most famous for his premium, highly sought-after Châteauneuf du Pape, Les Cailloux. However, as with many top properties, he has transferred his wine-making skills in to producing an excellent entry level wine as well with his Côtes du Rhône which we have bottled under our own label. It is rich, fruity and peppery and is made to be drunk early but will age for 4-5 years. Wishing to capture the full pleasures of his vineyard, Brunel bottles this wine without fining or filtration.

Fortnum's Muscadet sur Lie, Domaine Luneau
Catalogue Code:2004234
- The Muscadet region is one of France's oldest appellations and is located very near Nantes in the north west of the country. For long, wines from Muscadet have been much derided, but Pierre Luneau has produced a dry and lively wine from the Melon de Bourgogne variety that will make you sit up and take note. At just 12% vol, it is very light in body, with a racy mineral freshness that places it in the Chablis style category, albeit at half the price. With its tangy almost salty flavours it provides a great match for seafood.

Fortnum's Prosecco Valdobbiadene N.V, Zucchetto
Catalogue Code:2004252
- The new Fortnum's Prosecco comes from the Zucchetto family, who cultivate 5ha of Prosecco vineyards in the heart of the DOCG near the town of Valdobbiadene. In the glass it shows a fine and persistent mousse with notes of white peach, apricot and melon. Prosecco is the classic Italian aperitif and also works suprisingly well with Shellfish including Lobster, Crab and Scallops.

Fortnum's Touraine Sauvignon, Domaine de la Presle
Catalogue Code:2004232
- Wonderfully fresh, and fruity this is fantastic value Sauvignon Blanc from the heartland of the variety. Mouth-wateringly good.

Fortnum's Valpolicella, Corte St' Alda
Catalogue Code:2004248
- Our Valpolicella is made by Marinella Camerani, whose vineyards sit high up on south-facing slopes above the Veneto plain. Her vineyards are organically cultivated, and she makes this blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara especially for us. It is light- to medium-bodied, packed full of juicy cherry fruit and positively sings of Italy.
