Join us to learn about ‘Skinny’ baking using vegetables Master Class with Harry Eastwood. Following a tasting at our Bakery counter of the limited edition Petit Pois cupcakes, TV chef and cookery book author Harry Eastwood will be demonstrating how you can have your cake and eat it too! Harry will be showing us how cake can be healthier if you swap classic baking ingredients such as butter and sugar for vegetables. How to Cover & Assemble Wedding Cakes Master Class with Zoe Clark
Fortnum & Mason wedding cake baker Zoe Clark will demonstrate the basics behind constructing your own wedding cake – including covering and even stacking the tiers. Please note that this class does not involve customer participation, but there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and watch £35 each, which includes a glass of wine, the opportunity to taste Fortnum’s wedding cakes and a signed copy of Zoe’s new book. How to Decorate Celebration Cakes; Master Class with Mich Turner
Mich Turner will be showing guests how to decorate celebration cakes and how to use her range of professional tools at home. Customers will practice what they’ve learnt on their own cake and take it home. Ticket price includes a signed copy of Mich Turner’s Master Class cookery book, a glass of wine, the cake you have decorated and the chance to ask Mich your burning questions on cake decorating!
