Nestling within the Fresh Food Hall is our award winning 1707 Wine Bar designed by David Collins.
Named 1707 in honour of our foundation year, the wine bar allows you to order a bottle of almost any wine from the adjacent Wine Department for only a £10 corkage fee, as well as offering an extensive selection of wines by the glass.
The menu, by our development chef Shaun Hill, focuses on foods from the Food Hall to encourage experimentation and adventure. Come down and see us some time.

These days, our restaurants and function rooms are more impressive than ever and can accommodate gatherings great and small, from business events and product launches to birthday parties and weddings. Even our historic shop floor is available for hire, and our range of catering and entertainment options can be entirely scaled to suit.
