Fortnum & Mason Events, the joint venture between Fortnum’s and DO & CO, is delighted to invite clients to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show once more. Having experienced both the hubbub of the Show and the calm of the hospitality village in the wonderful sunshine of 2012, the hospitality village is newly christened as The Chelsea Oasis. The President’s Marquee is also a haven of calm, with the added benefit in 2013 of a small private outdoor area.

The Chelsea Oasis
For the 2013 show the Chelsea Hospitality Pavilions will be transformed into a beautifully elegant space. Fortnum’s will host a series of presentations at Piccadilly to outline the possibilities and packages that will be available. Each pavilion can be reserved for one or more days and is the perfect oasis for your guests to return to during their day or evening at the show.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, the ‘Members’ Only’ days of the Show, there is a minimum order requirement of 40 guests for each Chelsea Pavilion and on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Private Pavilion All Week Club
Entertaining important clients and rewarding staff can be a delightful all-week event at Chelsea. We are pleased to offer the unique opportunity of enjoying your own private and exclusively branded space in the Chelsea Oasis from Tuesday through to Saturday. In this way, the Chelsea experience becomes all the more memorable for you and your guests. We should be happy to discuss your exact requirements for this unique experience and to provide a quote.
President’s Marquee
The President’s Marquee, which is established for the Queen’s visit to the showground on Monday, is available during the show week as an exclusive corporate venue for hospitality. The branding possibilities are significant and, if desired, the Marquee can also be used as a seminar or presentation venue and the opening hours may be adjusted to suit individual needs. The Marquee accommodates 110 guests seated. For 2013 a small private external space will be an added attraction, the enhanced ventilation a tribute to our confidence that show week in 2013 will be blessed with the beautiful weather of 2012!
At Your Service
In good time, we will send out wallets with your tickets, hospitality passes and the most up-to-date details and information for yourself and your guests, so that your visit be pleasurable and relaxed.
For orders placed before 31 December 2012 an invoice will be issued for a 50% deposit payable within 30 days. Please note that the order is not confirmed until payment has been received. The balance of the order or, if the order is placed after 1 January 2013 100% of the order, will be invoiced for payment by the end of January 2013 or 30 days after placing of the order, whichever is later, and in any case, for late orders, before the start of the show.

End a wonderful day at the world’s most famous Flower Show with chilled Champagne and delicious canapés and finger food, all served in the inimitable atmosphere and conviviality of the Chelsea Oasis with live music and the outdoor bar on the terrace. It all adds up to a very special evening.

One of the highlights of the final day is the 4pm sell off, when the public can - for the first time in the Show - purchase the plants from the featured gardens and displays.
Private pavilions may be reserved for 40 to 80 guests, with smaller numbers accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility.
Benefits are the same as for the Monarch, but please note the later start time, which means the day begins with morning coffee and cakes.
The Sovereign offer includes:
• Entrance ticket to the Show & Show catalogue
• Morning service including a hot breakfast plate and an array of breakfast treats
