Fortnum & Mason Events is delighted to host the Hospitality Village at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2012 for the first time in the long histories of both institutions. Fortnum’s has joined forces with the renowned international event caterer DO & CO to guarantee that the supreme levels of service for which Fortnum’s is famous will be emulated a mile or so from its Piccadilly home.
Fortnum & Mason Events promises the best of gourmet entertainment with superior dining, superb service, beautiful surroundings and attention to detail, to ensure that you and your guests will have the best day at Chelsea ever. Come and experience the unmistakable flavour of Fortnum’s in the Hospitality Village at the Show.
Chelsea Pavilions
For the 2012 show the Chelsea Hospitality Pavilions will be transformed into a beautifully elegant space. Fortnum’s will host a series of presentations at Piccadilly to outline the possibilities and packages that will be available. Each pavilion can be reserved for one or more days and is the perfect oasis for your guests to return to during their day or evening at the show.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, the ‘Members’ Only’ days of the Show, there is a minimum order requirement of 40 guests for each Chelsea Pavilion and on Thursday, Friday and Saturday a minimum order of 32 guests.
Chelsea Club
There is no minimum number required for a reservation within the Chelsea Club, the official shared hospitality facility located within the Hospitality Village. A private table will be guaranteed for 10 guests and two tables for 18-20 guests, with smaller numbers accommodated on shared tables.
Private Pavilion All Week Club
Entertaining important clients and rewarding staff can be a delightful all-week event at Chelsea. We are pleased to offer the unique opportunity of enjoying your own private and exclusively-branded space in the Hospitality Village, from Tuesday through to Saturday. In this way, the Chelsea experience becomes all the more personal and memorable for you and your guests. We should be happy to discuss your exact requirements for this unique experience.
President’s Marquee
The President’s Marquee, which will be set up for the Queen’s visit to the showground on Monday, is available during the show week as an exclusive corporate venue for hospitality. If desired, it can also be used as a seminar or presentation venue. The marquee can seat no fewer than 110 guests. Please ask for further details concerning your requirements.
At Your Service
In good time, we will send out wallets with your tickets, hospitality passes and the most up-to-date details and information for yourself and your guests, so that your visit be pleasurable and relaxed.
For orders placed before 31 December 2011 an invoice will be issued for a 50% deposit payable within 30 days. Please note that the order is not confirmed until payment has been received. The balance of the order or, if the order is placed after 1 January 2012 100% of the order, will be invoiced for payment by the end of January 2012 or 30 days after placing of the order, whichever is later, and in any case, for late orders, before the start of the show.

If you are looking for something special for your corporate calendar, the RHS Chelsea Flower Show is an occasion not to be missed.
Private pavilions are available for 40 or 80 guests on Tuesday and Wednesday and for a minimum of 32 or 64 guests on Thursday and Friday, with smaller numbers accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility.

• Fortnum’s specially devised Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Afternoon Tea presented to you on a traditional tea stand with finger sandwiches, cakes, biscuits, scones and clotted cream. A full range of Fortnum’s afternoon leaf teas served in our traditional silver tea pots.

The Sovereign Package

The world’s most famous Flower Show is an annual celebration of man’s relationship with plants, where all aspects of horticulture is lauded, feeding the imagination, and filling the mind and heart with plans for one’s own small estate.
One of the highlights of the final day is the 4pm sell off, when the public can - for the first time in the Show - purchase the plants from the featured gardens and displays as each careful construction is dismantled.
Private pavilions may be reserved for 30 to 40 or 60 to 80 guests, with smaller numbers accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility.
