THE PICCADILLY TABLE 18th-20th July
All Day Hospitality
Entertain eight or more guests from Wednesday to Friday from 10am until 5pm, with a hot breakfast buffet and morning coffee – accompanied by fresh fruits, pastries and cakes. At lunchtime you will be welcomed with a glass of champagne, afterwards you will sit down for a delicious first course, then choose a main course from one of the live cooking stations. Pudding is well provided in the shape of an extensive dessert buffet. The afternoon sees a traditional Fortnum’s Afternoon Tea being served, with all your favourite teatime treats. Should you wish to spoil your guests with Champagne throughout the day, this will be most happily arranged.

THE FORTNUM & MASON LADIES’ EVENING 19th July
Following the roaring success of 2011’s inaugural Ladies’ evening, we are proud to repeat the event, and determined to top even last year’s triumph. The evening will be taken at a leisurely pace, to enable you to enjoy everything that is on offer.
The evening begins with an opportunity to visit the show, followed by a cocktail party and the exclusive limited-entry dinner, prepared by our famed Fortnum’s chefs, at which a surprise guest speaker will enthral and entertain our guests.
• Fortnum & Mason Ladies’ Evening, Reception and Gala Dinner: £158 +VAT per guest which includes drinks and canapés followed by a 3 course dinner with wines.
(Entrance to the show ground from 3.30pm, with access to hospitality from 6.30pm for the reception and Dinner from 7.30pm to 10pm)
WEEKENDERS 21st-22nd July
Half Day Hospitality
Why not reserve a table at the weekend for brunch or afternoon tea for your clients, employees or friends? Mid-morning, you will be greeted with a glass of Champagne, followed by a full cooked brunch, fresh fruit and continental pastries, to set you up for an afternoon of plant hunting.
After midday, Fortnum’s famous afternoon tea, with sandwiches, scones and cakes, will set the seal on a perfect day.
• Brunch - 10am to 1pm - £115 per guest +VAT (minimum 8 guests)
• Traditional Afternoon Tea - 2pm to 5pm - £110 +VAT per guest (minimum 8 guests)

If you would like to reserve for the Afternoon Tea offer please reserve at the 3.30pm time allocation as you are able to join us for Afternoon tea anytime from 3.30pm until 6.30pm.
