Beauty à la Carte has been established for just over 4 years. We have a team of 5 therapists who specialise in all different areas of beauty. We strive to ensure all our clients receive the best treatments and that we exceed expectations at all times.
Our team of experienced therapists can offer you bespoke treatments which are tailored to suit your needs. Consultations can be booked prior to your treatment session allowing you to gain expert advice and recommendations on Treatments, Skincare and Lifestyle.

Introducing the team
Sarah Brown is the Salon Manager at Beauty à la Carte. She brings skill and enthusiasm to her role, backed by experience in some of the world’s top salons, including the Five Star Carlisle Bay Hotel in Antigua. A particular passion for client-specific facials and massage, allied to a strong commitment to seeking the best of the new treatments and products means that, under Sarah, Beauty à la Carte offers a wide range of exclusive and bespoke treatments.
Sarah Brooker has worked for over ten years as a Beauty and holistic therapist, because she loves to make people feel good. Her career has taken her to many prestigious locations, including the exclusive spa Hotel ‘La Residencia in Deia Mallorca’. In her treatments she enjoys adding personal touches suited to the individual client and combining results-driven treatments with holistic therapies for the most beneficial effects.
Charley Lands Charley lands is an experienced Therapist with a passion for Beauty Therapy & client care. A complete perfectionist who takes great care in all treatments and loves welcoming clients to Beauty a l a Carte.
Sheila Cafferky started at Beauty à la Carte at its inception in 2007 and has 30 years of experience in beauty and complimentary therapies. She passionately believes in the benefits of complimentary therapies and enjoys the positive feedback from such a wide range of clients. She is experienced in many forms of treatments, specialising in Reflexology, Massage and Facials.

Laura Kay is a professional make-up artist at the peak of her profession. Trained at the London College of Fashion, she also studied at the famous 'Greasepaint', a world leader in the training of make-up artists. Her portfolio includes high-profile television shows and fashion shoots alongside working with Eve Magazine and the BBC.
Lynette Douglas is the newest member of the Beauty a la Carte team, bringing a wealth of experience and a reputation for performing outstanding treatments. Her philosophy is based on providing a positive and calming effect on all her clients’ wellbeing.
Lynette has worked in a number of luxury spas and salons, including a spell on board a cruise liner. She excels in every beauty treatment she provides, but a massage from Lynette has quickly become the stuff of legend, and one of the great Beauty a la Carte experiences.
