In response to this universal dilemma, we created Fortnum’s By Appointment, a year-round service that is dedicated to guiding shoppers towards the perfect present. Staffed by a specially trained team of advisors, this service is the answer for anyone who is feeling a little short of inspiration and needs the expert advice and comprehensive knowledge that our advisors can offer. After providing as many details as possible on the personal taste of their intended recipient, customers are guided through a selection of tailor-made ideas, curiosities, treats and temptations over a glass of Fortnum’s champagne or a cup of Fortnum’s tea.
Located in a designated area of the Third Floor, Fortnum’s By Appointment is an indispensable service for shoppers all year round, whether the gift is for a birthday, a christening, a work colleague or all of the recipients on a long Christmas list. As well as receiving gift recommendations, customers can learn the provenance of products and the history and heritage of Fortnum’s, and receive ideas on where to eat in-store and tips for exploring further afield in Piccadilly.
Customers can book an appointment by emailing fortnums.by.appointment@fortnumandmason.co.uk. Gift wrapping, collection and delivery to the hotel, office or home are all part of the service.
Elsewhere on the Third Floor you will find an abundance of gentleman’s accessories, gifts and toiletries, leather goods, luggage, games, stationery and a personal gift-wrapping service.
Gift Wrapping Service
Indvidual items can be wrapped at a cost of £5.00. Any item/items totalling £100.00 or over (if packaged as one parcel) is wrapped free of charge.
