The First Floor is home to our well-stocked Cookshop and also features books, china and glass. Here too you will find our Demonstration Kitchen and our famous Hampers. For refreshment, visit The Parlour, which offers ice creams, light meals, tea, coffee and other drinks.

Hamper Ordering

Fortnum’s is the original expert in portable provisions. You can place an order or take away a hamper there and then, either chosen from our extensive list or bespoke to your requirements. Our Sales Advisors situated within the First Floor Hamper Department are there to assist you.

Corporate Customer Ordering

Corporate customers who would prefer to place orders in person can do so in the company of a Fortnum’s Advisor, who will be happy to walk around the store suggesting suitable items before personally inputting your order. Please call 020 7973 4145 to make an appointment.
