These are our favourite wines for enjoying after the Christmas turkey.
Our Sauternes is rich and opulent, our Austrian Eiswein is delightfully light and lively, whilst our Tokaj - from the historic Szepsy domaine in Hungary - is stunningly exotic and honeyed. We have also chosen two superb ports from the region’s most innovative producer, Dirk Niepoort. The LBV is rich and round, while the Colheita is very special. This vintage ‘tawny’ port is more elegant than vintage port and every savoury drop will be relished.
For the Christmas pudding, we have the perfect match in our very own Christmas Pudding Madeira. Finally we come to sherry. Our dry Oloroso is extraordinarily complex and will bring to life a whole range of foods, from olives and dried ham to cheese.
