  • Fortnum's Brut Reserve N.V, Louis Roederer Bottle

    Catalogue Code : 2004179

    • Fortnum's have a special relationship with Louis Roederer who have been making a selected non vintage blend for us for many years.

The Brut Réserve is a blend of the three classic grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.

The dominance of black varieties offers roundness and complexity, while the Chardonnay provides elegance and freshness, and there is a toasty brioche note on the finish.

Delicious as an aperitif or when served with a variety of dishes.

  • Shortbread Petticoat Tails

    Catalogue Code : 2084571

    • Legend has it that it was Mary Queen of Scots who invented this classic shortbread shape, inspired by the stitched sections of material that made up her royal petticoats. Others maintain that shortbread petticoat tails derive their name from petits côtés, a French pointed biscuit, eaten with a glass of wine. We suggest that these two parties settle their differences by tasting some of this fine shortbread. Handmade in Edinburgh by a small, family-run bakery, which uses high-quality ingredients and Fortnum’s own recipe, this is an exceptional biscuit that deserves its own place in history. 400g.
